I don't think Brooklyn likes it when her sister puts her arm around her

The girls Grandma Teresa(in Utah) made these shirts for the girls. Mariyah is so cute because she has 3 Grandma's and they are Grandma down the street(that's Amy's mom who lives near us), Grandma in Alaska(Joshua's mom who lives in Alaska) and Grandma Teresa(who lives in Utah). When she visits them she always calls them by their "nicknames". I had fun making different shades for the pictures.

Brooklyn and Ellie are a month apart and they are good friends. I guess that helps when your mom's are too:). Lachelle and I have lots of the same outfits and so we get the girls together and take pictures of them. It's lots of fun and the girls enjoy it too. 2 of the others pictures were taken in April of the 2 of them and their friend Elaya who was born 2 weeks after Brooklyn.

Forever Sister's







Mariyah and Brooklyn have so much fun together. It is so cute because Brooklyn watches everything her sister does. Mariyah makes Brooklyn laugh and I am so thankful that they have eachother.

I think these pictures will explain what mom's really do while at home with their kids:)....have fun in the day. Brooklyn has been sticking her tongue out, so Mariyah and I decided to join in too. I love my 2 girls and we have lots of fun times together. Also I have an udpate from my brother Darren. He is coming home from his mission in Brazil on August 10th!!!! We are soooo exicted to see him and Mariyah is so exicted to give him a big hug.

Brooklyn has been siting up for a month now and it is so cute. She also likes the freedom of scooting around with the help of her walker and Mariyah gives her a few extra hard pushes:). She is 20lbs and 28 inches and not quite 6 months old. She's a big happy baby girl. Mariyah is 3 1/2 and she is such a wonderful big sister and she is starting to share her toys with Brooklyn. Lately when I try to get a picture of Mariyah by herself she runs off, so this is one of those pictures.

We had a great 4th of July and hope you all did too! We enjoyed the heat of 117 degress today:) The girls had lots of fun watching the fireworks. It was Brooklyn's 1st 4th and she starred at the fireworks and was so exicted. A few of these pictures were takin on Sunday before we headed off to church. I wanted the girls to be patriotic for Church too. I am grateful for our freedom and for all those soldiers who are serving our country.

While we were getting in the car Brooklyn's arm touched the door and look what happened!! We feel horrible because the door burnt her arm....oh the "joys" of living in the 115 Arizona heat. I know it gets hot here, but from this sad experience we have learned that even though it's hot outside, a car, car seat etc..has heated up 10 times more so be careful what you touch.
